Services described

Content on this site describes informational offerings related to app analytics and financial audit applications for EdTech payment reporting. Published fees are guidance only. Binding scope, fees, and timelines appear only in a written engagement letter or proposal accepted by both parties.

No guarantee of outcome

Findings depend on the completeness and accuracy of materials you provide. We do not guarantee particular commercial results, investor decisions, or regulatory outcomes.

Intellectual property

Site copy, visual design, and downloadable materials remain the property of AI EnergySys Digital unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Client working papers and findings packs are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use as stated in the engagement letter.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, submit malicious payloads through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting an engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, AI EnergySys Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, unless an engagement letter specifies a different dispute process for that engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
