We do not ask for payment card numbers, national identity numbers, or learner personal data through the public contact form. If an engagement later requires confidential business files, transfer methods are agreed separately.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations under Malaysian law.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal duty. Engagement working papers follow retention periods stated in the engagement letter.

Your rights

Our primary operations are in Malaysia. If a processor outside Malaysia is used (for example email or hosting infrastructure), we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with Malaysian requirements.

Children

This site is intended for business contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the contact form.
